Tap the + button on the dashboard. You can fill in the details manually or use the camera scanner to automatically detect information from your ID card.
Bison uses on-device OCR (text recognition) to read your ID cards. Point your camera at the card, and it will extract the name, ID number, and dates automatically. All processing happens on your device — nothing is sent to any server.
Yes. All your credentials are stored locally on your device. If you enable iCloud Sync, data is stored in your personal iCloud account only. We never have access to your data. You can also protect the app with Face ID or Touch ID.
In Settings, you can configure two types of reminders: an early reminder (months before expiration) and an urgent reminder (days before). Bison schedules local notifications so you never miss a renewal.
The free version lets you store up to 2 credentials. Premium is a one-time purchase that unlocks unlimited credential storage, expiration reminders, and iCloud sync. No subscription — pay once, keep forever.
Go to Settings → Premium → Restore Purchase. This will check your Apple Account for an existing purchase and unlock Premium automatically.
Go to Settings → iCloud Sync and toggle it on. Your credentials will sync across all your Apple devices signed into the same iCloud account.
Open the credential, tap the menu icon in the top right, and select Delete. You’ll be asked to confirm before the credential is permanently removed.
